Some spaces just need a serious reset. This facility in Pasadena had built-up grime in the bathrooms, messy floors throughout, and common areas that clearly hadn't had a deep clean in a while. The kind of stuff that regular maintenance just doesn't keep up with.

We came in and worked through the whole space - bathrooms, break room, utility areas, all of it. The restrooms got the most attention. Heavy mineral buildup and staining on the toilets, trash scattered across the bathroom floors, and countertops that needed real scrubbing. Not a quick wipe-down situation.

Our crew tackled it all surface by surface. Counters scrubbed clean. Floors cleared out and mopped. Every stall cleaned top to bottom. That kind of thorough work takes time, but it's the only way to actually get a space back to where it should be.

The common area floors came out looking great too - mopped down and reflecting light cleanly across the tile. The break room and utility spaces got the same treatment. Every area of this facility ended up in a completely different condition than where it started.

A clean building matters - for the people using it every day and for anyone walking through the door. We take that seriously, and jobs like this one are a good reminder of why a proper deep clean goes a long way.
