I would give DOUGLAS CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING 100 Stars if I could!! Douglas did a wonderful job with cleaning what I believed was a lost cause, our outdoor furniture cushions which had been damaged by the fires and mold. Douglas was incredibly responsive, giving me a call shortly after I reached out and offering to provide an estimate the very next day. After showing him the furniture that needed cleaning, he gave me a fair and reasonable quote, and I decided to move forward right away. As he worked, he noticed a few other pieces I hadn’t even considered cleaning and offered me a fantastic deal to include those as well. His attention to detail, professionalism, and pricing exceeded my expectations. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the results and the value of his service. Last night after 7pm I decided to search for someone to come clean my couch and area rugs in several rooms. I thought it was a long shot but, less than 5 minutes later I received a call from Doug offering to come at 8am to give me an estimate. My dryer was not drying my clothes efficiently. Douglas came out and quickly assessed the problem. He replaced the hose on my dryer and thoroughly cleaned the buildup of lent and debris. He was prompt and professional. I highly recommend him.
