Where do I begin with how great Douglas and his work are! I've never had a better experience with any carpet or upholstery company. The appointment was very easy to make and Douglas responds quickly, he's also honest and kind. The quote he gives you is real. He charged us exactly what he quoted and even cleaned our area rug for free just to be nice. Our furniture was in really bad shape, from dogs, kids and having been in storage. We were going to replace it but gave Doug a shot first. He did such a beautiful job that I can't believe it. The amount of dust, dirt, and stains and he removed is unbelievable! It also smells great. The lightning is challenging in my place so the pictures don't even begin to do his amazing work justice. We can officially put off buying new furniture for another few years. If you want an honest quote, someone who arrives on time, has very reasonable prices and does truly quality work, schedule with Douglas. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again Douglas! Douglas was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and took his time to explain to me the different services he offered and what they do. Then after he was done, my carpets were twice as clean as though would be possible, he even got out some of the stains he said might not be possible. Douglas and his nephew did an AMAZING job steam cleaning my 2 microfiber couches and wool rug. I have 2 dogs and had 2 cats, and this is the first time the couches were cleaned in nearly 10 years. Douglas was amazing, he came in 20 minutes after I submit a request on Thumbtack. He came and looked at my carpet at no charge and gave me the quote before going back and doing such an excellent job cleaning my carpet, getting rid of all the stains and smell. I initially only wanted to corner cleaned but he cleaned the entire carpet for me at no extra charge, look at how much dirt came out!

I recommend this company for everyone! I call many companies and they lie about the prices, but Douglas carpet & upholstery cleaning did amazing! He did a great job doing my sofa and rug cleaning. Thank you Douglas!
